Ich bin Autodidakt. Geboren, lebe und arbeite in Stuttgart/Deutschland.
 

Malerei hat mich von Jugend an fasziniert - inspiriert durch meinen Vater, der Holzbildhauerei studierte und mir die Kunst in Galerien und Museen  näher brachte.
 

Erst vor etwa 20 Jahren habe ich mit der Malerei begonnen. Seitdem bin ich auf der Suche. Ich will und werde mich nicht auf einen Stil oder ein Genre festlegen, und immer wieder neue Dinge ausprobieren.

Inspiration kann man in allem finden, was uns umgibt. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, mit welchen Materialien ich arbeite. Grundsätzlich versuche ich, das Verborgene hinter dem Offensichtlichen zu finden und es sichtbar zu machen. Und im besten Fall findet sich Ordnung im Chaos!

Verschiedene Werke befinden sich in Privatsammlungen in Europa, Kanada und den USA.

I am self-taught. I was born, live and work in Stuttgart/Germany.

I was already fascinated by painting as a teenager - inspired by my father, who studied wood sculpture and introduced me to art in galleries and museums.

I only started painting about 20 years ago. I've been searching ever since. I don't want to and won't commit myself to one style or genre, and I'm always trying out new things.
 

Inspiration can be found in everything that surrounds us. It doesn't matter what materials I work with. Basically, I try to find what is hidden behind the obvious and make it visible. And in the best case, order is found in chaos!

Various works are in private collections in Europe, Canada and the USA.
